Present there on invitation were personages of the government, political parties, bodies and organs of Russia including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Culture, the State Duma, the United Russia Party, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, the Party for Peace and Unity, the Liberal Democratic Party, the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, the Orchestra of the 21st Century, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Russian Association for Friendship and Cultural Cooperation with the DPRK and the newspaper Zavtra.

The DPRK ambassador to Russia and staff members of his embassy were on hand.

The participants laid a floral basket and bouquets before an art piece depicting President Kim Il Sung standing together with leader Kim Jong Il and paid tribute to them.

They looked round photos showing the revolutionary exploits of the great leaders and the greatness of the respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.

Speeches were made at the reception.

Meanwhile, the DPRK missions in Vladivostok and Khabarovsk hosted receptions on April 13.
