It noted that the peerlessly great men have so far sent the educational aid fund and stipends for the democratic national education of the children of Koreans in Japan in 164 installments, which amount to 48 219 730 390 yen in total.

The educational aid fund and stipends serve as a source of strength inspiringly encouraging the Chongryon officials and Koreans in Japan in the struggle to develop the movement of Koreans in Japan onto a higher stage with the 24th Chongryon Congress as an occasion true to the New Year congratulatory message sent by Kim Jong Un, and as a treasure sword and precious life-giving water for strengthening Chongryon's work of national education, the letter said.

It expressed the resolve to repay Kim Jong Un's repeated love and trust with big achievements in the work of Chongryon by brilliantly decorating this year when the 70th birthday of the DPRK is marked and the 24th Chongryon Congress is to be held.
