Present there were Chairman Ho Jong Man and vice-chairmen of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee, the chairman of the Central Audit Committee of Chongryon, directors and advisers of Chongryon, the director of the Research Institute on History of Korean Residents in Japan, the honorary professor and the president of Korean University, senior officials of the central organizations and businesses of Chongryon, officials of Chongryon headquarters in Kanto area and other Koreans in Japan and students of Korean University.

The participants watched a video lecture "Immortal exploits shines along with the Joint Conference of Representatives of Political Parties and Public Organizations in North and South Korea in Pyongyang in April 1948".

The lecture showed through historic scenes the exploits of President Kim Il Sung who convened the April Joint Conference to cope with the scheme of the U.S. imperialists and the Syngman Rhee group of traitors to keep Korea divided into two parts forever and led the struggle to build an all-Korea unified government by the Korean people themselves.
