This is a landmark of the revolution that indicates the path of independence, the path of victory of socialism consistently maintained by the DPRK, and it is an epitome of the faith and will of the heroic Korean people who will win the final victory under the guidance of the respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.

The WPK advanced the revolutionary strategic line on simultaneously developing the economic construction and the building of nuclear force, at the March plenary meeting in 2013 under the prevailing situation and prompted by the requirements of the developing revolution.

In the arduous course of the simultaneous development of the two fronts, the WPK covered the uninterrupted path, braving difficulties and trials with firm belief in the validity of its cause and with firm confidence in the people.

The tremendous might of the single-hearted unity of the entire party and all the people made the moves of the hostile forces for unprecedented sanctions aimed to stifle the DPRK end in a fiasco and brought miraculous victories, that others could hardly do even for scores of years, in a short span of less than five years, thereby turning our country into a world-level nuclear power and resulting in big strides in the economic construction.

Thanks to the great victory of the line on simultaneous development of the two fronts, the struggle of the Korean people was successfully concluded as a result of the hard work they made by tightening their belt to gain the powerful treasured sword for defending peace, and it has become possible to flutter the flag of victory on the important strategic height which should be attained on a priority basis in building a prosperous socialist country.

The new strategic line set forty by the WPK is another powerful treasured sword and a bright blueprint for opening up a higher historic phase of the revolution and accelerating its advance, and the DPRK has definitely entered the straight path for final victory at last.

The victory of the line on simultaneous development of the two fronts is another political event that opened up a special chapter in the struggle of the progressive mankind aspiring after independence as well as in the history of our country and its people.

The people of the DPRK, who climbed the high peak of victory after going through the arduous path of the simultaneous development of the two fronts in defiance of trials, are dashing toward the final victory of socialist construction with confidence and optimism about the rosier and brighter future lying before them.
