Vipin Gupta, chairman of the Juche Philosophy Study Committee of India, said:

It was entirely thanks to the wise guidance of the respected HE Kim Jong Un that the historic tasks, set forth at the March 2013 Plenary Meeting of the C.C., WPK to simultaneously push forward the economic construction and the building of nuclear force, could be successfully carried out.

If the DPRK concentrates all its efforts on the socialist economic construction under a new strategic line advanced at the 3rd Plenary Meeting of the 7th C.C., WPK, it will put the national economy on a Juche, modern, IT and scientific basis of higher level and provide all the Korean people with an affluent and highly-civilized life.

We are convinced that the decisions made at the plenary meeting will help activate the overall national economy and further develop the self-supporting and modern socialist economy and thus the DPRK will be more prosperous.

Suneet Chopra, secretary general of the All India Indo-Korean Friendship Association, said:
