Present there from the DPRK side were Kim Tong Son, vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea who is member of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the SPA, and officials concerned and from the Brazilian side were members of the delegation of Brazilian senators.

At the talks, views on the development of the relations between the SPA of the DPRK and the National Congress of Brazil and matters of mutual concern were exchanged.
