The statement said:

The 3rd Plenary Meeting of the 7th C.C., WPK declared the great victory of the line on simultaneously developing the two fronts and advanced a fresh strategic line on concentrating all efforts on the socialist economic construction.

The DPRK smashed the hostile forces' unprecedented moves for stifling it and made unimaginable historic events one after another in less than five years, bringing about dramatic changes in the international political landscape.

This is an outcome of the efforts made by socialist Korea to ease tensions and ensure peace in the Korean peninsula and the region.

The African people fully support all the efforts of the DPRK to concentrate all its strength on developing the economy and remarkably improving the standard of people's living and strengthen close cooperation and dialogue with its neighboring countries and the international community to defend peace and stability of the Korean peninsula and the rest of the world.

The DPRK's peace-loving stance is zealously hailed by the world society.

We extend firm support and solidarity to the Korean people in the struggle for implementing the decisions of the 3rd Plenary Meeting of the 7th C.C., WPK.
