The letter noted that the seminar praised the great exploits of President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Un for the foundation and development of the DPRK and helped more people in the world have better knowledge about the historical and heroic struggle of the Korean people for defending the sovereignty of the country and achieving its prosperity.

It is the greatest miracle which can be witnessed only in the DPRK having the peerlessly great men in as its leaders that the country, which was once a weak colonial nation, turned into a socialist industrial state with strong self-supporting national economy in a short span of time, paved an avenue to prosperity under the uplifted banner of independence despite worst adversity, firmly preserved global peace and security and emerged as a full-fledged strategic state recognized by the world, the letter said, adding:

The experience and successes made by the DPRK, which has consistently embodied the line of independence in politics, self-support in the economy and self-reliance in national defence in state building under the banner of the Juche idea, have become an icon for the peoples of all countries in the struggle to build an independent and prosperous, new society.

We will as ever make all efforts to support the Korean people's socialist construction and cause of national reunification, invariably cherishing the reverence for the peerlessly great men.
