The statement said:

We congratulate Comrade Kim Jong Un, chairman of the Workers' Party of Korea, upon having declared a great victory of the line on simultaneously developing the two fronts at the Third Plenary Meeting of the Seventh Central Committee of the WPK.

This miraculous victory is a brilliant success which can be achieved only by the heroic Korean people under the leadership of the WPK.

Comrade Kim Jong Un clarified that at the present stage in which the DPRK was successfully put on the position of the world-level politico-ideological and military power, it is the strategic line of the WPK to concentrate all efforts of the whole party and country on socialist economic construction.

Just is the fresh strategic line set forth by him.

We fully support the decisions of the plenary meeting.

We firmly believe that the Korean people would make only miracle in building socialism.

We strongly demand the U.S. withdraw its forces from south Korea at once and stop sanctions on the DPRK.
