Historical facts prove that the recent drill conducted in south Korea is a clear proof that the U.S. has made the war against the DPRK a fait accompli.

What merits serious attention is that the U.S. made the fuss of evacuating its nationals to the mainland under the present situation in which the atmosphere of detente has been created on the Korean peninsula thanks to the proactive measure and energetic efforts made by the DPRK.

The U.S. racket for the provocation of a war against the north can never be overlooked and the party directly responsible for the peace and security on the Korean peninsula is the Korean nation.

No outside forces can offer peace and security to the Korean peninsula.

Only when all the fellow countrymen turn out in the nationwide struggle to defend peace by their concerted efforts, will it be possible to foil the U.S. racket for the provocation of a war of aggression.
