The editorial says:

"Let us further accelerate the advance of our revolution by concentrating all our efforts on socialist economic construction!" -- this is a militant slogan to be held high by the Korean people.

The new strategic line on channeling all efforts into the economic construction is a revolutionary line reflecting the brilliant wisdom and the strategic decision of our Party which is wisely guiding the revolution and construction with firm confidence in the victory of the socialist cause.

Our Party set forth the grand goal of building a socialist state, independent and prosperous, in the whole course of the revolutionary leadership and has waged a strenuous struggle for achieving it.

It is the fixed will of our Party to speed up the advance of the revolution, pave a wide avenue to prosperity and provide the people with an affluent and highly civilized life with no more to desire in the world.

Reflected in the grand advance of the economic construction are the urgent requirements of our revolution and the desire of our people and also the law-governing requirements of the socialist construction.

When our Party's grandiose plan is realized, our Republic would further prosper and the whole country will overflow with happiness of people and the song "We Are the Happiest in the World" will resound forth.
