Attending it were Sim Yong Hak, chairman of the Central Committee of the Architects Union of Korea, officials concerned, officials in the fields of designing, construction, supervision, building materials and architectural science and education and the participants in the 18th May 21 Architectural Festival.

Speakers said that grand monumental edifices sprang up under the guidance of the respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un and scientifically proved the practical issues arising in thoroughly implementing the Party's Juche-oriented architectural idea and theory and construction policy.

They noted that Kim Jong Un is ushering in the new heyday of Juche architecture with his rare judgment and caliber, cherishing the far-reaching plan to successfully carry forward the construction leadership feats of the great leaders.

They stressed the need to fully demonstrating the vitality of the Party's architectural theory such as the issue of thoroughly applying the Juche and national characters, originality and convenience and perfectly realizing formative art in the building of monumental edifices.

They underlined the need to build more healthy, green, energy-saving and multifunction buildings more successfully to meet the trend of the world architectural development.
