Pyongyang, May 10 (KCNA) -- Ko In Ho, vice-premier of the Cabinet and minister of Agriculture, had a talk with David Muldrow Beasley, executive director of the World Food Programme (WFP), and his party who paid a courtesy call on him at the People's Palace of Culture on Thursday.
