Building of New Society Called for in S. Korea

Pyongyang, May 12 (KCNA) -- The Headquarters for People's All-out Action in south Korea expressed the will to continue the struggle for meeting the demands of the candlelight demonstrators after renaming it the People's Joint Action, according to the south Korean internet newspaper Tongil News.

There was a press conference in Seoul on May 10 in this regard.

Speakers said that the mission of the People's Joint Action, composed of more than 50 civic and public organizations, is to implement the public demands to the last.

A declaration was made public at the press conference.

The declaration urged the withdrawal of THAAD, the evil of the Park Geun Hye regime, and the abolition of the "agreement" on the sexual slavery for the Imperial Japanese Army and an agreement on protecting military intelligence with Japan.

It said that the organization would wage a struggle to bring the spring and society for the people, calling for bringing earlier the spring of democracy, people's living, peace and reunification.
