Taking part in it, divided into group of disabled and amateurs, age group of man and woman amateurs and group of mixed amateurs, were disabled and amateur players in Pyongyang and foreigners.

Watching the games were Kim Mun Chol, chairman of the Central Committee of the Korean Federation for the Protection of the Disabled, officials concerned, disabled, table-tennis amateurs, working people, youths and students in the city, foreigners and overseas Koreans.

Yu Myong Sin and Jong Song Ryol players came first in the games of disabled and amateurs.
