The statement said that the summit meeting between the Supreme Leader of the DPRK Kim Jong Un and President Moon Jae In and the Panmunjom Declaration signed by them are a reflection of the will of the entire Korean nation to reject the interference of outsiders and reunify the country.

It continued:

The national reunification was the noble desire of the great President Kim Il Sung and HE Kim Jong Il.

If the Korean nation joins its efforts, Korea will be a world power.

The Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un is a peerless patriot and a great strategist who will heal the wounds of the national division and lead all the fellow countrymen to the road of peace and reunification.

Under his leadership the Korean people will firmly defend the peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula and surely reunify the country.
