It was co-sponsored by the DPRK Red Cross Society and delegations of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and the International Committee of the Red Cross working in the DPRK.

Present there were Paek Yong Ho, executive vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the DPRK Red Cross Society, officials concerned, the members of the delegations of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and the International Committee of the Red Cross and foreign embassies and missions of international bodies here.

Introduced at the meeting were the achievements made in the past work of the DPRK Red Cross Society and the activities of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and the International Committee of the Red Cross.

The participants watched a video on the activities of the DPRK Red Cross Society for the prevention of flu.
