The Mfumalanga Provincial Committee of the South African Communist Party and the South African Association of Friendship and Solidarity with Korean People said in their statements on May 7 that the Third Plenary Meeting of the Seventh WPK Central Committee was a political event of great significance in accomplishing the socialist cause of Juche.

They stressed that the DPRK came to advance along the road for final victory more dynamically with the plenary meeting as an occasion

They said that the historic Panmunjom summit was a brilliant fruition of ardent patriotism and firm will of Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un to build a dignified and prosperous power by the concerted efforts of the nation.

Besides, statements and a congratulatory letter in support of the decisions of the April Plenary Meeting of the WPK Central Committee were made public between April 25 and May 1 by the Japan Committee for the Independent and Peaceful Reunification of Korea, Japan Matsumoto Citizen's Council for Supporting the Independent and Peaceful Reunification of Korea, Gunma Prefectural Council for Japan-Korea Friendship and Solidarity and the Japan-Korea Society for Scientific and Educational Interchange.
