The agricultural workers are just responsible for rice-transplanting.

All of them should fully display their patriotic devotion in the rice-transplanting campaign with a noble sense of obligation that their farm fields are just part of the homeland they are defending.

The whole Party and country and all the people should tangibly help the farm villages in terms of manpower and materials.
