S. Korea: Reinvestigation into Military's Records of Kwangju Uprising

| Pyongyang, May 21 (KCNA) -- The south Korean KBS on May 16 disclosed a document recording that the then "martial law enforcement forces" brutally massacred citizens and buried the bodies on the sly during the Kwangju Popular Uprising, and demanded a reinvestigation into the military's records. Since it is disclosed that the then military was aware that the bodies of the victims were secretly buried during the uprising, it is needed to make an additional investigation into the military's records, it stressed. |
