Killings of Kwangju Uprisers with Swords Confirmed in S. Korea

| Pyongyang, May 21 (KCNA) -- The brutal killings of participants in the Kwangju Popular Uprising with swords by the Chun Doo Hwan military fascist clique were ascertained by a military document on May 17, according to Yonhap News of south Korea. The reckless stabs of citizens with swords by the martial law army during the uprising were a fait accompli by the testimonies of a lot of witnesses and the records, but the south Korean military has so far denied the fact. However on May 17 a secret document of the military was revealed, so the military can not deny it any longer. |
