Officials concerned, scientists, technicians and teachers in the field of nature conservation attended the presentation, at which Kim Song Nam, vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Nature Conservation Union of Korea, made an opening address.

At least 280 valuable papers, selected at the provincial sci-tech presentations, were presented to it, divided into such various panels as land protection, environment protection, management of water resources, protection of marine resources and protection of underground resources.
