At the talks there were a briefing on the activities of both youth organizations and an exchange of views on further developing the friendly ties between the two organizations.

Present at the talks from the DPRK side were officials of the Central Committee of the youth league and from the opposite side members of the delegation of the Federation of Youth Organizations of Russia and the Russian ambassador to the DPRK.

A letter of understanding on friendship and cooperation between the Kimilsungist-Kimjongilist Youth League of the DPRK and the National Council of the Russian Association of Youth and Children was signed.

On the same day a reception was given for the delegation of the Federation of Youth Organizations of Russia.
