It noted that the south Korean people have suffered from the serious environmental pollution and the danger of biochemical weapons including anthrax germs in the U.S. military bases and crimes by the GIs for half a century because of SOFA.

It declared that they would thrust a written request demanding the total revision of SOFA to the Foreign Ministry and the U.S. embassy and stage vigorous actions such as a protest demo.
