| Pyongyang, May 26 (KCNA) -- Premier Pak Pong Ju of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a congratulatory message to Ibrahima Kassory Fofana upon his appointment as prime minister of the Republic of Guinea on Saturday.
