The letter said that Kim Jong Un crossed the demarcation line at Panmunjom to have the third inter-Korean summit and adopt the Panmunjom Declaration so as to open up a new era of national reconciliation, peace, prosperity and reunification.

It noted that he held the fourth inter-Korean summit and talks again in 29 days to give the whole Korean nation a new hope and vigor for the implementation of the declaration.

It pointed out that he visited China two times to usher in a fresh heyday to be specially recorded in the history of the traditional friendship between the DPRK and China provided by the preceding leaders.

It said that he is the peerlessly great man and the great sun steering the 21st century as he puts the DPRK on the position of the world-level strategic state and resolutely takes the lead in improving the relations between the DPRK and the U.S.

It noted that the congress proudly reviewed the struggle of 4 years and the days of advance when he gave Chongryon confidence to usher in a new heyday in the patriotic movement and led it with his important instructions including the congratulatory message to the 23rd Congress of Chongryon and the historic letter to mark its 60th formation anniversary.

It stated that the congress discussed and decided the orientation of the work and main tasks arising in further accelerating the patriotic advance for bringing earlier a fresh heyday of the movement of Koreans in Japan in the great era of Kim Jong Un in hearty response to the congratulatory message sent by him to the 24th Congress of Chongryon.

The letter said that Chongryon would make a fresh history of the movement of the Koreans in Japan in the great era of Kim Jong Un developing along the patriotic road associated with the leadership exploits of the peerlessly great men with the 24th Congress of Chongryon as a new milestone.
