Among the audience were figures of various Polish units including the Foreign Ministry, the Ministry of Land and Maritime Transport and the Federation of Businessmen, and diplomatic envoys of China, Russia, Cuba, Indonesia, the Philippines and Malaysia to Poland, and the chairman of the Organization of Railways Cooperation.

Prior to the event, a Korean stamp show took place in Torun City of Poland to observe the anniversary.
