Japan decided to extend the duration of the members of the ground SDF present in South Sudan one year under the pretext of UN peace-keeping operation.

A commentary of Minju Joson Wednesday says there is no reason to say that there created urgent situation that requires Japan's deployment of forces in remote regions far away from Japan proper and for Japan to extend the military operation of SDF overseas for peace-keeping.
