The magazine carried part related to national reunification of the New Year Address with the picture of the respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un making historic New Year Address for the year 2018.

It edited news of his revolutionary activities including news that he visited the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun to pay homage to President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il on the occasion of the Day of the Sun and guided the Politburo meeting of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and the Third Session of the Seventh WPK Central Committee.

It also carried a memorandum of the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of the Country of the DPRK issued to convey long the sacred patriotic exploits of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il who opened up a broad avenue for great national unity and laid its firm foundation with outstanding ideo-theoretical activities and energetic guidance.

It also edited an article under the title of " Paving the Way for the Future" dealing with the immortal leadership feats of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il who devoted themselves to the historical national reunification as well as the cause of national division.
