Kim Yong Nam in his message said he is pleased over the fact that the Philippine government and people are achieving the socio-political stability and sustained economic development of the country and its international position is rising under the leadership of the president.

Expressing the belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would grow stronger in keeping with the requirement of the present times, the message wished the president good health and happiness and success in his responsible work.
