Questioning and Answering Service for Disabled Students Begins
Pyongyang, June 19 (KCNA) -- Recently, the Sci-Tech Complex in the DPRK began questioning and answering service for deaf and blind schools, as part of the efforts to protecting the disabled.

According to an official concerned, the complex renders video, audio and chatting services to schools for disabled persons through state-run network in line with the curriculum for enforcing the universal 12-year compulsory education.

What draws attention is active questioning and answering service related to functional rehabilitation and occupation.

For the convenience of disabled students, the complex fully built a network, posted sign language videos and e-books on it and provides technical services, including the installation of questioning and answering program, for real-time communication.

Kim Yong Il, an official of the Sci-Tech Complex, told KCNA that the complex is going to improve the questioning and answering service for the disabled to get more favor from the popular policies of the socialist system.
