The Kangwon Provincial Tree Nursery built in the area of scores of hectares has the sapling-producing district, managing building, general service establishment, dwelling houses, etc.

The nursery has the integrated control system and was successfully put on a scientific, industrial and intensive basis.

A ceremony of completing the nursery took place on the spot on Sunday.

Attending the ceremony were O Su Yong, vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Pak Jong Nam, chairman of the Kangwon Provincial Committee of the WPK, Jang Chol, president of the State Academy of Sciences, officials concerned, officials, scientists and technicians of the units which contributed to the construction, officials and working people of party and power organs, factories and enterprises in the province and employees of the nursery.
