The work, published on June 19, Juche 84 (1995), elucidates the ideas that one should hold fast to the ideological work and give priority to it to successfully accomplish the socialist cause and that the main task to be carried out in the ideological work is to model the whole society on the socialist idea and the ideological work should be conducted on the principle and way suited to the intrinsic requirements of socialism.
