Minju Joson Condemns Japan's Provocation
Pyongyang, June 26 (KCNA) -- These days Japan is seeking to deploy Aegis Ashore, a new-type interceptor missile system, at any cost.

Meanwhile, it launched a spy satellite for the purpose of monitoring Korea.

In this regard, Minju Joson Tuesday says in a commentary:

Such arms buildup and military confrontation moves as deployment of Aegis Ashore go to prove that Japan does not want peace but escalation of tension.

Japan, obsessed with the ambition for reinvasion, represents the reactionary force of history as it is working hard to escalate the confrontation when the international community looks forward to a new future.

Its behaviors go against the situation of the Korean Peninsula and pose a grave threat to neighboring countries and, furthermore, a blatant challenge to the international community hoping for peace in the peninsula and Northeast Asia. That's why the world community is ever more concerned about such moves.

It is hard to achieve durable peace and stability of the Korean Peninsula and the world if Japan is allowed to chill the atmosphere of peace, persistently seeking to escalate tension.
