It said that Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism correctly reflecting the desire and demand of mankind is grasping the minds of more people as the days go by for its truth and validity and dynamically encouraging the peoples in the struggle for independence.

The vitality of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism is being strikingly displayed in Asia, Africa, Latin America and Europe, the letter said, adding:

The guideline leading the human cause of independence to victory at present is Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism.

The letter said that the Juche idea followers would more vigorously conduct the study and dissemination of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, cherishing it as their firm faith and thus fully discharge their mission and duty in the work to build independent Europe.
