Igor Jurisic, chairman of the Slovenia-Korea Friendship Association, was elected chairman of the remembrance committee.

The committee decided to hold political and cultural events including remembrance meeting, lecture, photo exhibition and film show to praise Kim Il Sung's exploits on the threshold of the 24th anniversary of his demise.
