In another development, it decided the participation of the "Self-Defense Forces" in a military parade to be held in France to mark its national day. Timed to coincide with this, the governments of the two countries are set to sign an agreement on mutual offer of goods and manpower between the SDF and the French army which makes it possible to offer ammunition and others.

Commenting on the facts, the DPRK's leading newspapers Tuesday charge that this is part of the Japanese reactionaries' persistent and cunning moves to realize their ambition for Japan's conversion into a military giant and overseas expansion at any cost by turning the SDF into the full-dress armed forces for preemptive attack.

Japan is rushing headlong into a military giant while seeking the revival of the blood-stained empire age, and it rapidly emerges a dangerous force for reinvasion and frantic militarist entity threatening peace and security in Northeast Asia, Rodong Sinmun says, warning:

It is a self-destructive act for Japan to turn the SDF into the Imperial Japanese Army which invaded other countries with pipedream of the "Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere" and use it for reinvasion.

Minju Joson says: It is not hard to guess that if Japan, working hard to beautify its past crimes rather than reflecting on them, launches into overseas aggression, it will bring terrible disaster to mankind. Any disaster should be prevented in advance.
