Traitor Kim Kwan Jin's Crimes Revealed

| Pyongyang, July 6 (KCNA) -- It was revealed that traitor Kim Kwan Jin made the Cyber Command spearhead red herring at the instruction of Chongwadae, when he was the defense minister, according to the south Korean News 1 on July 2. The traitor reportedly signed main documents such as "guidelines for a cyber psychological warfare operation" in 2012 and led red herrings through computer network. Such crimes were disclosed by the investigation group of the Ministry of Defense. |
