Speakers at the meeting said that the people have been subject to the deep-seated evils by the corrupt forces over seven decades and added that the "security law" is not for the security, but the outsiders' policy for colonial domination.

They also expressed their indignation about the Japanese customs authorities' confiscation of souvenirs and belongings of Korean students in Japan who returned after visiting the homeland on June 28.
