Abe Has Been Forsaken by Public: Rodong Sinmun
Pyongyang, July 11 (KCNA) -- Recently, a mammoth public rally was staged in Okinawa Prefecture of Japan to protest against the transfer of the U.S. marines' air base in Futenma to Henoko. The protesters criticized Abe for pushing ahead with the project, holding such placards as "Do not bring earth and sand!" and chanting a slogan "Do not build base!"

At an earlier memorial service for the war dead in Okinawa the participants called Abe "Morikake" (Moritomo and Kake schools related to the scandal of him and his wife) and urged him to step down. Some of them called him "liar" as he once said that he would "do his best to ease the burden caused by the base in Okinawa."

Commenting on the facts, Rodong Sinmun Wednesday says:

As seen above, Abe has been forsaken by the public as he has done only evil deeds since he took power, being keen on anachronistic reactionary politics and unpopular policies, contrary to what the public think of.

Since the very day he held office as prime minister, he has done his best for his profits only by abusing power. He is just the kingpin of corruption and irregularities and a crooked politician seeking to prolong his career and maintain his power by fawning upon big countries without his own opinion and principle in foreign affairs.

The public in Japan are spiting at his corrupt politics and judgment has already been made on his political destiny.

However, a leopard can not change its spots. Abe fails to straighten himself out but is impudently going about for shuttle diplomacy, asking other countries to help Japan's involvement in the settlement of the issue of the Korean peninsula.

This is very ridiculous as he is unaware of where he is standing.

Abe had better mind his political destiny at stake, instead of poking his nose into other's affairs.
