Orphans will compete in football, volleyball, basketball, swimming and other events.

An opening ceremony took place at Phyongsong Middle School for Orphans Thursday.

At the end of the ceremony, there took place a football match (boy) of middle school category between South Phyongan Province and North Hamgyong Province.

The games will last until July 18 at Phyongsong primary and middle schools for orphans.
