The "Liberal Korea Party" sustained a big defeat in the June 13 local autonomous body election and the parliamentary by-election, while the Parun Mirae Party drank a bitter cup of humiliation though it held up the signboard of reform of conservatism, the paper said.

There is high likeliness for such defeats to continue, it noted, adding that the conservative camp is falling into chaos by factional strife.
