Vice Foreign Minister of Russia Visits Liberation Tower

| Pyongyang, July 18 (KCNA) -- Igor Morgulov, vice foreign minister of the Russian Federation, and his party visited the Liberation Tower on Wednesday. They laid a bouquet at the foot of the tower and paid silent tribute to the memory of martyrs of the Soviet Army who laid down their lives in battles for Korea's liberation. They looked round the tower. |
