The deputy prime minister in charge of the Royal Palace of Cambodia said:

The great HE Kim Il Sung was the greatest veteran statesman of the world who founded the Juche idea and applied it to meet the specific conditions of the DPRK and interests of its people.

The Cambodian people will transmit to the posterity the great contributions made by HE Kim Il Sung to the development of the friendly relations between the two countries.

The chairperson of the Mongolia-Democratic Korea Friendship Bridge Association said:

President Kim Il Sung was very humble, benignant and ordinary but great. Although he passed away, his noble image is always remembered by all of us.

The deputy director of the international department of the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea said the President was the founding father of socialist Korea and the eternal leader who provided the Korean people with independent and happy life, adding he positively helped the struggle of the people of the countries aspiring after independence and progress and thus performed undying contributions to the accomplishment of the global cause of independence.
