The association urged the court authorities to make public the 410 documents related to abuses of judicial power including a document detailing the "strategy for dealing with the association."

However, the administrative office of the Supreme Court turned it down for the reason that the declassification of documents may affect the fair execution of inspection.

Noting that the association is entitled to know the contents of the document as a victim of the judicial power abuse, the association criticized the court authorities. And it urged them to make clear the reason for refusing to declassify the documents.
