War veterans of Ryanggang Province, North Hamgyong Province and Rason City arrived here by plane and those of North and South Phyongan Provinces, Jagang Province, North and South Hwanghae Provinces, Kangwon Province, South Hamgyong Province and Nampho City by train and bus.

The participants in the conference were warmly greeted by Vice Chairmen of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea Pak Kwang Ho, An Jong Su, Pak Thae Song and Choe Hwi and other senior officials of the C.C., WPK and officials concerned.
