Strict Investigation into Masterminds of Coup Demanded in S. Korea

| Pyongyang, July 30 (KCNA) -- Civic and social bodies of south Korea held a press conference outside the Seoul Central District Prosecutor's Office on July 23, to demand an immediate investigation into those who plotted armed suppression of the candlelight demonstrators, according to the south Korean online paper Jaju Sibo. The participants submitted to the office a bill of indictment calling for thorough investigation into Jo Hyon Chon, former commander of the Defense Security Command, Kim Kwan Jin, former chief of the security office of Chongwadae, Pak Hung Ryol, former chief of presidential security, Han Min Gu, former minister of Defense, and other chiefs of the attempted coup. |
