The editorial pointed out that during the Roh Moo Hyun regime the command committed an eavesdropping of phone message between the "president" and the defense minister and conducted illegal surveillance over millions of civilians.

It demanded that the command be dissolved at once and its top echelons be investigated for their crimes.
