There were presentation of papers that explained the validity and vitality of the education policy of the WPK, and that are conducive to settling urgent scientific and technological problems in pushing forward the economic construction and improving the standard of people's living.

South Hamgyong Province won a special prize and North and South Phyongan Provinces respectively took the first place.
