The LKP is taking issue with the civic organization which made public the DSC's document on coup and crying out for inquiring into whether there are cozy relations between Chongwadae and the organization, the editorial pointed out.

Kim Song Thae, floor leader of the LKP, talked rubbish that he would file a suit against a spokesman of Chongwadae and the Center for Human Rights in Army on suspicion of violating the "law on protection of military secrets", it charged, adding such base behavior was prompted by the LKP's design to evade its responsibility now that it is suspected of being involved in the premeditated coup.

The editorial stressed that with no rhetoric, the LKP can ever justify the deeds of the DSC.
